Delete your Pember account

You can delete your Pember account, and the personal information linked to it, at any time.

Before you delete

• Cancel Pember Pro first. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, to stop future charges.
• Crystals and unlocked episodes are lost. They can't be restored or refunded after your account is deleted.
• Deletion is permanent. You can create a new account later, but it starts empty.

Delete in the app

• Open Pember and sign in.
• Go to Profile, then tap the settings icon.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Delete by email

If you can't use the app, email privacy@pember.tv from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll check that the request comes from you, delete the account, and email you when it's done.

What we delete

• your account and sign-in details
• your profile: display name, username and bio
• your comments and likes
• your library, watch progress, wait-for-free timers and check-ins
• your crystal balance and episode unlocks
• your usage records, which we delete or de-identify within 30 days
• the purchase records our payment partner RevenueCat keeps for you
• the attribution data our partner Singular holds about your device, which we ask Singular to delete

What we keep

• limited transaction records that the law requires us to keep, for example for tax and accounting, or that we need to prevent fraud and resolve disputes
• backups, until they are overwritten on our rolling schedule
• information that advertising platforms already received, which their own policies govern
